The Cinnabon brand essence effortlessly blends the two powerful emotions of release and belonging into a single, emotionally-driven brand. The expression of this essence, “Love & Magic”, perfectly encapsulates what makes Cinnabon so irresistible and so wonderfully worth it.
The key objectives were to make it more accessible, integrated, organized, inviting, and balanced, having a flexible and modular system to extend a variety of footprints. The ambience of the store should feel contemporary and yet have longevity. Also, to fulfil the promise of their “Love & Magic”.
It’s hard not to be immediately won over by, first, the vastness of the spanking mall and second, the visuals at the food counter. As we approach Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s at the centre of the mall’s food court area, what catches our eyes are the wall-mounted digital menus, state of the art temperature controlled display counters, the frosty and midnight blue signage, with visuals of cross your heart pretzels and pillowy sugar-dusted cinnamon buns. However, Auntie Anne’s savoury side only has a light display of pretzels, while Cinnabon counters are piled up much with caught-in-the-blizzard snowy desserts. The food court seating is simple- sprawling mall style, modern.
The bathroom is finished in grey travertine with an onyx countertop aesthetic appeal. A small area has been provided in the bathroom to create a large shower area.
