We start the process with a telephonic consultation with our founder to evaluate your needs. Post that, we set up an introductory meeting in either our offices in Gurgaon, Haryana or at the site. We like to get a good understanding of your needs and requirements during this time. All your questions about designs, project management, protocols, budgets and timelines will be answered as well.
After the process of understanding your needs and requirements, we begin our designing process. Then we will set up a meeting to present to you our designs. Post that if there are things that you’d like to change or have us redesign anything, we would do that with no additional charges.
Our design process is structured in a manner that we allow our designs to make space in your minds, allowing you to get a good understanding of what they’re going to look like through 3D designs and then move on to production. Without getting the 3D designs approved we won’t be bringing our designs and ideas to life.
Renovation costs can vary a lot based on the current condition and the desired condition. An apartment where all the civil work, like the tiling, bathrooms, electrics, kitchen and walls are already done, it may cost you way less. However if the apartment is a bare shell it may cost you comparatively more.
If you opt for our in house contracting service, we will give you a detailed estimation of the budget after the approval of the 3D design. However, if you choose to use your own contractor, we will provide them with all the designs and information and then he will provide you the budget.
We charge a lump-sum amount for the whole project. The fees is dependent upon the scope of work, the size of the property and estimated time commitments. We will give you a quotation after the first meeting itself.
